The beautiful Costa del Sud can be reached in a few minutes, and Porto Tramatzu, for example, is a splendid beach located a few kilometers from the property, crescent-shaped, well sheltered from the wind and with clear water in various shades of turquoise.
Furthermore, in addition to the beaches and splendid bays, the area offers tourists interesting hiking trails thanks to its mountainous foothills.
